Dustin has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He’s always professional, reliable, and genuinely friendly every time he comes by. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure we’re taken care of, and never makes us feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service and building relationships with his customers. It is rare to find someone so dependable and personable these days. Culligan is lucky to have him, and we really appreciate all the great work he does for us!

Excellent customer service

Danny came to install or softener and he was so pleasant, professional and efficient. The system looks great- no crazy wires hanging anywhere, it’s compact and the set up done and cleaned up without any issues. Marquez checked our system to be sure it was working perfectly, which it was.I would recommend this company to anyone here looking for better water, softer skin and cleaner, more efficient appliances.

David was an exceptional individual who provided excellent service. His knowledge and expertise were evident in every interaction, and he effectively communicated complex concepts. I highly recommend his services and rate him five stars.We were disappointed when Cody mentioned that the installation would be on April 2nd, 2025, from 8 to 10am on a Wednesday. We had to take time off from work for the installation technician. After 10am, we called the office to find out that he didn’t have any control over the schedule, and we wasted our time.

Shawn was committed to exceeding our expectations. He completed the salt drop as well as checked the level content for soft water. Our regular man did not complete the drop-off on the scheduled day and as a result, we have been experiencing "Hard Water" issues. Shawn came by and corrected the problems that we had been incurring.👍

We love the water and the service is great too.

I called because I was feeling I did not have the softness in the water I was used to. They sent the expert immediately, checked the settings and confirmed all was properly set. When he tested the water it showed it was not as soft as it should be. Hot water heater had filled with non soft water. Indeed within a couple days it was back to normal. I have a small house near Albuquerque that has Culligan. The company that installed it does not compare to Amarillo in customer service.

Jimmy and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Recently, we had a water leak on our R/O system that was discovered early Saturday morning. I called and spoke with the on call technician and he promptly came to the house to correct the problem. He was courteous, quick and very professional. We’ve had Culligan for years. It makes our Amarillo water taste great, no “floaties” in your glass, no chlorine taste or smell. The service people that come to the house for whatever reason are always courteous and never leave a mess. David serviced our system on January 17th, he was as terrific as usual! Thank you.

I get the water softener and the drinking water, very inexpensive, very affordable we don't have to go out and buy water anymore! and Danny love was excellent excellent at installing and Jimmy, the manager, personally made my experience stress free!

Nathan has set up my water softener and delivered salt to me. He is very dependable and works til everything is just right. He is always helpful and considerate. He is very professional and polite. Very happy with the service.

I took over the Culligan water system at my new home from the previous owners. Jimmy and his team were very helpful with explaining how the system worked and what services they provide. They even checked in on me a month after to make sure everything was working like I wanted it to. They regularly drop off and fill up the salt. I would highly recommend Culligan.

I am disabled and I can count 100% on Nathan Lewis to make sure I have salt and that the resevoir is filled. Nathan always makes sure everything on the softener is working properly. Awesome young man.Scott Savant makes sure my RO inside the house is working properly and that my water is truly at its peak softness.Culligan of Amarillo is truly a company you can count on.

I like the water filter water is good for you especially if you have kidney stones Which I do
