I asked him if this is why I couldn't get any drinking water from my sink. He said no there must be another problem inside so he came in and figured out that I needed new filters. I really appreciated the fact that he was very knowledgeable. You are only as good as your people and boy do you have good people. Thank you very much. I really love my soft water.
