Recently I had a conversation with a friend who is a gifted businessman.

He asked me a question.

It was such a strange question.
My blank stare prompted him to continue.

Finally I stopped him and asked him to explain in simple straight forward terms a guy from West Texas could understand … what he was driving at.
He replied “What do you provide your customers that makes their life better?”
And before I could reply he said,
“And why do they do business with you instead of someone else?”
Now it was my turn … things were churning through my brain.
Is it the water treatment equipment?
