Q. How much does Culligan Home Soft Water Service cost? A. $49/month. It’s a monthly service (kind of like cable TV) that includes All Service and Support including FREE softening salt delivered! We install a top of the line Culligan Water Softener and then take care of it … no hidden fees … one price … great service. Q. Is there a long term contract we have to sign? A. No. This is a monthly service without lock in contracts or buy outs. Q. What’s NOT included? A. Installation. The installation involves connecting water, sewer and electrical and becomes part of the home. Installation of water softener is based on time and material. Q. How much does it cost for installation? A. Depends. No two installs are the same. Onsite assessment is required to determine cost.

• Pre-plumbed homes run approximately $349-$499
• In house/garage with no pre-plumbing approximately $499-$999
• Outside house install approximately $999-$1,999 (Outside installs includes an all weather cedar box and all plumbing)

Q. Do you offer financing for installation? A. Yes. We offer 0% interest financing for up to 24 months for installation. Q. Can we purchase the Water Softener? A. Yes, but most customers go with the service. Our GM, Jimmy Lewis, handles sales and can offer the best prices and options. Every installation requires an onsite assessment. These take about 15 minutes. One of our techs will come out and determine the best options for installation and can determine an estimate of cost.
